Heavy Snowfall In South Korea: ਨਵੰਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਇਹ ਬਰਫ਼ਬਾਰੀ 117 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੈ। ਕੋਰੀਆ ਮੌਸਮ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ (ਕੇ.ਐੱਮ.ਏ.) ਦੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 3 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ 'ਚ 18 ਸੈਂਟੀਮੀਟਰ ਤੱਕ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਸੀ। ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਮੌਸਮ ਦੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ 1907 ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨਵੰਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਰਫ਼ਬਾਰੀ ਸੀ। ਸਿਓਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਬਰਫ਼ਬਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਨਵਾਂ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
