Water Crisis In Punjab: ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੰਚਕੂਲਾ ਵਾਸੀ ਧਰੁਵ ਚਾਵਲਾ ਨੇ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਰਤੀ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਡਿੱਗ ਰਹੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਟ ਨਾਲ ਜੂਝ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਧਰਤੀ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿਗੜ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
