New Delhi: Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) prices were hiked again on September 1, as the state-owned petroleum companies raised the rates from today onwards. The price of LPG cylinder is increased by ₹25 once again, same amount was increased last month on 18th Aug. Due to the recent revisions in LPG rates, the price of a non-subsidised cylinder in Chandigarh weighing 14.2 kg went up to ₹894.00 and cost in Kolkata will be ₹911.00 effective from September 1.
LPG cylinders are available at a fixed rate across India and its prices are revised at the beginning of every month.
